Competitor Lane Lines In Place For The 2022 Fina Swimming World Championships As the official partner of USA Swimming, we were proud to have our lane lines in place at the FINA Swimming World Championships held November 3rd through November 5th, 2022, at the IU Natatorium at IUPUI.
“It truly makes a statement when you see our lanes at elite-level competitions like the FINA Swimming World Cup, “ notes Competitor President, Brad Underwood. “We take great pride in placing the best lanes by swimmers’ side, as it is their commitment to the sport that is the reason we are in business in the first place.”

Going The Distance At The Phillips 66 National Championships As the Official Lane Provider for USA Swimming, Competitor was proud to once again have our lane lines in place for the Phillips 66 National Championships. More than 600 athletes took to the pool at the national meet that took place in Irvine, Calif., from July 26-30.
The lane lines used in the National Championships will now be donated to clubs in need of lane lines across the country through the “Competitor in the Community” program. “This program is a small way that Competitor gives back to communities and the sport of swimming,” says Competitor Vice President Kristen Linehan Omli.

World Trials As the Official Lane Provider for USA Swimming, our lane lines were in place for the Phillips 66 International Team Trials at the end of April at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. The World Team Trials served as a selection meet to qualify for the 2022 FINA World Championships in Budapest, Hungary, and the Junior Pan Pacific Swimming Championships in Hawaii.

Crowning a Champion – As the official lane line for all NCAA Swimming Championships, Competitor lane lines were in place for all Divisions I, II, and III Championships again this year. “We take great pride in making sure the NCAA coaches and swimmers have the best lanes by their side at the NCAA Championships,” says Competitor President, Brad Underwood.
