Notes: When our pool is set up for 25yard short course there are typically 5 lanes on the "warm up" side of the bulkhead and then the rest is left open for diving practice. At our larger meets we would like add lanes to the rest of the pool since it won't be used for diving and add flags over those lanes by clipping in to the existing flags (there are loops to clip into) so everyone would have flags when warming up or getting ready for a race.
