The recommended location for the On/Off switch is the top right side of the clock housing. Alternate locations along the outer edge for easy access can be used.
Replacement installation for pre-existing switch
1. Remove old switch by detaching the wiring leads at the plastic couplings, located approximately halfway down the wiring from the switch to the copper contact plate.
2. Unscrew the “O” nut from the base of the On/Off switch and remove switch from the top of the clock.
3. Insert new On/Off switch into existing hole in clock housing.
4. Thread the two wires through the “O” nut and tighten the nut to the base of the switch.
5. Attach the wire leads at the plastic coupling.
6. Check to see that the copper contact is located between the battery terminal and the metal contact of the battery motor.

1. Place plastic caps over all open ends of tubing.
2. Assemble base from two base sides (A) and one tie bar (B), using short bolts. Attach nuts but do not tighten.
3. Assemble axle (C) through holes in flat ends of base sides, with spreader tube (D) between flat ends.
4. Place a wheel on each end of the axle with plastic spacers between wheel and tubing. Make sure the long side of each wheel hub faces to the inside of the stand. Attach hub caps to axle ends, driving them on tightly with a hammer or wood block.
5. Fasten uprights (E) to top of base with four long bolts. Attach nuts but do not tighten.
6. Attach the other tie bar (B) to face of uprights in the lower portion and tie bar (F) at top. Make sure the tie bar with hook is on top with the thread
end facing forward.
7. Tighten all fasteners.
8. Rest bottom of pace clock on base, behind the front tie bar, then tilt so the threaded
hook passes through the hole in tab at top of clock housing.
Secure wing nut.
NOTE: In case of parts shortages or defects, describe missing or defective part by name
